Not your grandmother's crochet!

You've got to start somewhere

Crochet has been my passion since my grandmother put a hook in my hand when I was ten-years old. Early on, I was making snazzy vests, hats, and yes, even a skirt or two. My style has evolved over the years, and now, I am focusing on more intricate designs.

Recently, I completed a project making hats for children at a Syracuse elementary school. I made over 60 hats for the kids in various styles and sizes. Several people at worked stepped up and donated yarn, and I completely cleaned out my yarn bin. But alas, it's full again, and now I'm working on projects to sell at a couple of craft fairs.

I'll be posting pictures of some of my creations as I get ready for the show. In the meantime, happy crocheting!
